AtlasBasin

Market intelligence · PEO & pooled-plan economy

Employers inside PEO and PEP plans.

Other data vendors sell the whole universe of plan records. AtlasBasin maps what none of them do: the participating employers inside PEO plans and Pooled Employer Plans — who they are, when they arrived, when they left, and where they went next.

The record

This is the resolution AtlasBasin works at.

Most databases stop at the plan. AtlasBasin is drawn at the level where PEO and pooled-plan deals actually happen: the participating employer. An operator's profile carries the roster, the departures, the benefits book, and the renewal clock — every figure traced to its filing.

Two modules. One record standard.

One core platform: both modules plus Recordkeepers for PEO and pooled plans, with cross-module search running underneath. The all-plans Recordkeepers view, single-employer plans included, is available as an expansion.

The co-employment market

Operators, their client books, and the movement between them — the side of the market where the roster itself is the product.

The pooled-plan market

The pooled-provider census, credentialed and priced — from provider registration through the funds on the menu.

MCP connection

AtlasBasin connects to Claude and other AI assistants that support MCP connectors. Your reps ask in their own tools; the answers come back with provenance.

Included in every tier →

A competing rep doesn't want 800,000 plan records. They want the employers that left a named competitor last year — with the renewal month.

The rest of the field

The incumbents index every filing in the country, and every row is as cold as the next. Ask those databases for the employers inside a MEP, and the answer is mostly silence.

AtlasBasin

AtlasBasin starts where they stop: inside the MEP. Participating employers by operator, arrival and departure years, destination where observed, benefits and safety context on the same record. Fewer records, far higher intent per record.

Method

Drawn from the record, not from claims.

Prospecting data earns trust by being honest about what it knows. Four rules govern every surface in AtlasBasin.

01

Departures are evidence-backed

An employer appears as a departure only when the record shows it. Bounded years are labeled as bounded, and an unknown destination means not observed elsewhere, never a guess dressed as a fact.

02

Absence is explained

An empty result states why it is empty — a filing structure, an extraction boundary — instead of pretending to be a zero. Some operators file no roster at all; AtlasBasin says so on the operator, up front.

03

Nothing renders unreconciled

Extracted investment lineups display only when they reconcile against the plan's filed totals, at a median delta of 0.003%. Anything that fails the gate renders nowhere.

04

Provenance travels with the number

Every figure keeps its provenance, source to year, through every screen and into every CSV export. As filed means as filed.
